Idea Research

As a specialist in User Experience (UX), I am currently focusing my research on the field of User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX). I have identified several potential research topics within this domain and have conducted preliminary brainstorming sessions to evaluate each idea. Our task is to select three distinct topics, from which our lecturer will help us choose the most suitable one for further exploration.

Based on my research and subsequent review by Ms. Anis, we have selected the topic "Micro interactions in User Interfaces" for my final proposal. Both Ms. Anis and I agree that this topic is particularly interesting and holds significant potential for impactful research.

Week 3

  • Good! What an interesting topic. Now need to focus on research objective and find more article to support the research. [Done in class]


    Leave some of the previously found articles as a supportive document for introduction about your topic. Find at least 3 article to support your topic. You may do Critical Analysis this week.

  • No show any  progress, Continue to the article research


  Reflection  

Before moving on to the critical review section, I have identified an idea within my chosen research topic that I am eager to explore further. I aim to delve into the specific issues within my field of interest and ultimately develop a viable solution. My hope is that this topic is both feasible and appropriately scoped, avoiding excessive ambition.

After attending the tutorial session with Ms. Jinchi and the private session with Ms. Anis, I have gained clearer direction for my research. Their guidance and feedback have been instrumental in improving my research skills. Initially, I believed our goal was solely to solve a problem, but I now understand that gaining deeper insights and understanding is equally valuable. The tutorial session was particularly insightful, highlighting the diverse interests and approaches within the UI/UX field. I have learned a great deal from the feedback and ideas shared by Ms. Anis.
